Acceptance of these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Next Level X Systems (referred to here as we, us, or the company). They cover your use of the app at app.nextlevelxsystems.com and the reports we sell. By creating an account, buying a report, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

We sell two informational digital reports, delivered inside the app:

• Next Level Xcavate ($27): a report on how a local business shows up online, focused on its presence across Google and Google Maps.
• Next Level X-Ray ($47): a report on how AI assistants describe and recommend a business when people ask about it.

To run a report you enter a business name and location. We then pull public business data and query third-party AI models to build the report. These are informational reports, not professional advice. See the Disclaimer for more.

Your account

You need an account (with a valid email address) to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it current. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Payment and refunds

Reports are one-time purchases at the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the platform payment processor that powers our checkout. We do not store your full card details ourselves. Because the reports are digital and delivered right after purchase, all sales are treated as final. If something went wrong with your order or the report did not deliver, email us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

Please use the service fairly. Do not:

• Break the law, or use the reports to harass, mislead, or harm anyone.
• Try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its data feeds.
• Resell or redistribute a report as if it were your own product without our permission.
• Run reports on businesses in a way meant to deceive or defraud.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and the format of the reports belong to Next Level X Systems. When you buy a report, you get a license to use it for your own business purposes. The underlying public data about a business belongs to whoever it belongs to, and we make no claim over it. Please do not copy or repackage our report format for commercial resale.

Third-party services

To build the reports we rely on services we do not control, including Google Places for public business data, third-party AI model providers for AI-visibility results, and a payment processor for checkout. We are grateful for these tools, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability, or uptime, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to the data they handle.

Disclaimers

The reports are provided as informational estimates, on an as-is and as-available basis. Online-visibility and AI results change constantly and vary by who is asking and when. We do not promise any specific ranking, revenue, traffic, or business outcome. Please read the Disclaimer page, which is part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Next Level X Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that come from using (or not being able to use) the service or the reports. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will do our best to give you a clear heads-up. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
